Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has claimed he never seriously considered leaving Borussia Dortmund for the Chinese Super League.

The Gabon forward, 28, was linked with a host of clubs over the summer, with the likes of AC Milan and Paris Saint-Germain reportedly among those chasing him.

Aubameyang was also a target for teams in the Chinese Super League, where the likes of Oscar and Paulinho have played in recent seasons.

But the Dortmund forward said the move was never on the cards and talks over a move were a 'disaster'.

'China, I didn't take it seriously, it was a lack of professionalism,' he told RMC on Thursday.
