"In the midst of the Dolphins Cycling Challenge, a 150-mile bike ride on Nov. 5 to raise money for the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, Mark Duper couldn't get comfortable. First, he sat on one side of the bicycle seat. Then, he readjusted himself and sat on the other side.

Nothing relieved the discomfort. Duper, the former Pro Bowl wide receiver who formed half of the Dolphins' famed Marks Brothers of the 1980s, knew something was wrong.

"It was like, 'OK, this is not right,'?'' Duper said. "?'I know I'm out of shape, but I'm not that out of shape.'?""
