A noticeably lighter Mike Pouncey was back at Miami Dolphins headquarters Wednesday, but he did not participate in practice beyond warm-ups.

After stretches, he left the team’s training bubble with strength coach Darren Krein and did not return during the period open to the media.

Pouncey, the Dolphins’ starting center, had been away from the team since his hospitalization Friday. NFL.com reported he has an issue with his gallbladder.

Early in the day Wednesday, Pouncey announced his return on Twitter, writing: “Back 2 life! #letsgetit”

Then shortly before practice, he Tweeted a picture of a get-well card and a can of soup he said came courtesy of his fellow offensive linemen.
