Manny Ramirez is not coming back to the Dodgers.

General Manager Ned Colletti immediately shot down the far-fetched idea of re-signing Ramirez, who electrified Dodger Stadium upon arriving in 2008 only to leave two years later as a disgraced figure.

"I think we're probably past that at this point," Colletti said.

Ramirez, who retired last season instead of facing a 100-game suspension for violating baseball's drug policy for the second time, has filed for reinstatement."
