"Offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter is not worrying about how all the changes the Jaguars have made this week will affect his future.
"That's not something I'm really concerned with right now. I'm going to be coaching somewhere. I just don't know where," he said.
"Right now we have five games left and my focus is on doing what I can do here for these next five weeks."
His contract expires at the end of the year so he is free to leave on his own.
Koetter was coaching the quarterbacks after Johnny Cox was fired as receivers coach and Mike Sheppard moved from quarterbacks to wide receivers. But Koetter said the change isn't as big as it might seem.
"The only difference is now Mike Sheppard is in the receiver meeting room and I'm in the quarterback room by myself," he said. "When we do our installs, the quarterbacks and the receivers are in the same room."
On whether it will make a difference spending more time with rookie quarterback Blaine Gabbert, he said, "I don't know if one guy going in a room and spending an extra hour and a half a day with the guy is going to make a noticeable difference over a short period of time. Over a long time period, me or any other guy that is around Blaine long term is going to have an influence over him.""
