"Boise State running back Doug Martin walked into a meeting with the Detroit Lions' coaching staff and had a rare feeling of nervousness.

"They had everybody there," Martin said. "I came in with a little butterflies. It's kind of intimidating when you have all the guys around there looking at you and writing stuff down. I think it went really well. They are great people."

Martin could potentially become a great running back in Detroit."
