On a night when the Los Angeles Lakers and their three All-Star-caliber players invaded the Palace, the best player on the floor, for one night at least, wore the Pistons' red, white and blue.

Rodney Stuckey scored 34 points -- including 13 of the team's last 17 -- to carry the Pistons to a surprise 88-85 overtime victory Tuesday night before one of the few sellout crowds of the season.

"It's just being aggressive, taking the ball to the basket," Stuckey said. "That's pretty much my game.
