DAYTON FACES FLORIDA IN THE NCAA REGIONAL FINAL
• Looking to make the Final Four for the first time in 47 years, the University of Dayton Flyers match up against the No. 1 overall seed Florida Gators in the South Regional Final of the 2014 NCAA Tournament.
• The 6:09 p.m. ET game on Saturday will be nationally televised on TBS, carried by WHIO Radio and is available with live streaming video, audio and stats at DaytonFlyers.com.

ABOUT FLORIDA
• The Florida Gators, 35-2 overall, earned the No. 1 overall seed in the tournament. The Gators defeated No. 16 seed Albany, No. 9 Pittsburgh and No. 5 UCLA.
• Florida is on a program-record 29 game winning streak and have made it to the Elite 8 for the fourth straight season.
• The Gators took five of six SEC individual honors: Scottie Wilbekin, Player of the Year; Billy Donovan, Coach of the Year; Patric Young, Defensive Player & Scholar-Athlete of the Year; Dorian Finney-Smith, Sixth Man of the Year.

SERIES STUFF
• This is the first meeting between the two programs.

TOURNEY TIME
• Dayton is making its 15th appearance in the NCAA's, and has a 17-16 overall record.
• The Flyers advanced to the Regional Semifinal seven times, the Regional Final three times, and finished as the National Runner-Up in 1967.
• Dayton is looking to make the Final Four for the first time since 1967.
• Dayton is also just the sixth No. 11 seed to advance to the Elite 8 in tournament history.

ELITE COMPANY
• UD's Archie Miller is also the first Flyer head coach to ever win his first three NCAA Tournament games.
• In fact he has more NCAA Tournament wins this year (3), than the three previous Dayton coaches combined (2, Jim O'Brien, Oliver Purnell and Brian Gregory).

THE POWER OF THREE
• If there was one word to describe the Flyers' success this year, it would be "balance." Dayton is 24-3 this year when three or more players score in double figures.
• When it is two players or less, the Flyers are 2-7.
• Overall, all 12 scholarship players scored in double figures in 2013-14.

FIRE FLYERS
• Dayton is on a roll of late, winning 13 of the last 15.
• Wins include at home against Top 50 RPI teams Massachusetts and George Washington, on the road at No. 17 Saint Louis and NCAA Tournament victories over No. 22/24 Ohio State, No. 12/14 Syracuse and Stanford.
