Giants center David Baas had just gotten back and now he's hurt again.

On Monday night against the Vikings Baas made his first start since Week 3 finally returning from a neck injury. But on the game's very first possession Baas injured his left knee. He quickly left the game and never returned.

On Tuesday a source indicated that Baas may have suffered an injury to his MCL. This is the same MCL that Baas sprained in the preseason an injury that caused him to miss several weeks. Baas was scheduled to have an MRI Tuesday.

"It's unfortunate" Baas said after the game Monday night. "But I'm just trying to stay positive and get healthy again. I mean I can't catch a break man."
