Chicago Cubs executives and die-hards have plenty to look forward to, especially if Baseball America's top 100 prospect list proves to be an accurate indication.

Seven players, led by Javier Baez and Kris Bryant, were among the top 100 players named Wednesday night to the list. Baez, who is destined to play shortstop at Triple-A Iowa, was ranked fifth. Bryant, who likely will start the season at third base at Double-A Tennessee, was eighth.
