"The Cowboys will cut running back Marion Barber when moves can become official, according to multiple Dallas Morning News sources.

Barber played all six NFL seasons with the Cowboys, who drafted him out of Minnesota in the 4th round of the 2005 NFL Draft. He was slated to make $4.75 million this coming season.

Dallas Morning News Cowboys reporter Brandon George reported Barber rolled into the parking lot at Valley Ranch shortly after 11:30 a.m. Tuesday to meet with owner Jerry Jones and team officials and was seen leaving the parking lot at about 12:10 p.m.

What next for Barber? According to a report from ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Dolphins have interest in landing Barber."
