Dallas Cowboys cornerback Morris Claiborne has said the last couple weeks that he would return for the New York Giants game this Sunday.

Claiborne has sat out the last two weeks with a strained hamstring he suffered on Oct. 27 in Detroit.

"I feel better now than I did coming into the beginning of the year," Claiborne said Friday. "I'm just anxious to get back out there with my teammates."

Claiborne separated his shoulder in the season opener against the Giants and had been wearing a shoulder harness during games and practice. He did not wear the harness during Friday's practice.

"I didn't even notice that I didn't have it on," Claiborne said. "I got a lot stronger with i. Hopefully I won't have to wear it in the game."
