Ryan Fitzpatrick, who hurt his knee during the second half against the Dolphins, sprained his MCL on Sunday, according to ESPN.

The Jet signal-caller’s injury isn’t considered serious, the report said, but it could impact who starts Sunday against the Rams.

With Geno Smith out with a torn ACL, backup Bryce Petty would get his first start for Gang Green.

The Jets (3-6) lost to the Dolphins 27-23 and sit in the basement of the AFC East. Fitzpatrick threw two interceptions during the game.

Petty, who was selected in the fourth round by the Jets during the 2015 NFL Draft, was named Fitzpatrick’s backup last month.
