"The rehabilitation is far from complete. As Dallas Clark bounced from one radio station to another Friday morning at the NFL media hotel, he greeted well-wishers with an extended left hand.

The right wrist of the Indianapolis Colts' record-setting tight end was safely out of harm's way, usually tucked in a pocket of his slacks. Scars on both sides of the wrist served as reminders of the surgery Clark had in October to repair a displaced tendon.

"My rehab is really going well," Clark said. "I've been out of the cast for about two weeks now and we haven't had any setbacks."

He flexed his left hand and rotated his left wrist, then tried to do the same with the right. There was a noticeable difference.

"I'm not there, yet," Clark said, "but we'll get there. Right now my whole concentration is getting the flexibility and strength back. It's coming.""
