"Mario Addison has been with the Indianapolis Colts for less than a month but is a quick study when it comes to Dwight Freeney.
"He's a demon," Addison said.
Addison, a first-year defensive end who was claimed off waivers last month, was speaking up for Freeney on Sunday. The Colts six-time Pro Bowl defensive end departed M&T Bank Stadium without comment after the Baltimore Ravens 24-10 win.
Freeney provided one of the few bright spots in the Colts' 13th consecutive loss with two sacks of Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco. The first -- he ran through guard Ben Grubbs and jumped on Flacco's back -- pushed his total to 100.5, making him just the 26th player in NFL history with at least 100.
"That sets you apart," Addison said. "It makes you abnormal . . . in a good way."
