Ahmad Bradshaw won't play for the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. How much longer he'll miss beyond that remains unclear.

NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported Friday via a team source that the Colts' current plan for Bradshaw is to rest the neck in order to relieve the stiffness and discomfort. The team doesn't have a timetable beyond Sunday. Essentially it's wait-and-see mode with the veteran though the situation doesn't appear serious at this time.

Trent Richardson acquired in that bold trade last week will be Indianapolis' primary ball-carrier against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.
