Colts owner Jim Irsay and his superstar quarterback, Peyton Manning, have been spatting for the last week or so. Irsay has been systematically dismantling a team that made the playoffs in 11 of 12 seasons before tumbling to 2-14 when Manning missed the entire year after undergoing neck surgery."
