"After a two-week "intermission" following the hiring of new head coach Jeff Fisher, the St. Louis Rams are re-starting their search for a new general manager.

On Monday, the Rams interviewed Joey Clinkscales, vice president of college scouting for the New York Jets, and George Paton, director of player personnel for the Minnesota Vikings.

Clinkscales was among nine original general manager candidates that the Rams had received permission to interview in early January, or shortly after Billy Devaney was fired from the GM job."
