Adam Schefter is reporting that the Chiefs are expected to trade CB Marcus Peters to the Los Angeles Rams.

According to Schefter, the two teams are in final stages of talks and barring an unexpected snag, the trade is expected to be agreed to as early as Friday.

Ian Rapoport has confirmed the news and adds that the Browns and 49ers were also interested in Peters.

Pro Football Talk first reported that there was talk around the NFL that the Chiefs could make Peters available for trade this offseason and it appears as though Kansas City found a deal they liked before heading to the Combine.
