Chelsea right-back Branislav Ivanovic has come up against his fair share of good wingers during his time with the Blues, and believes that new signing Mohamed Salah has all the tools to be an important player at Stamford Bridge.

Salah has twice tormented Chelsea this season, scoring in both wins for Basel against Jose Mourinho's men in the Champions League.

It was in the second of those matches when Salah, nicknamed "the Egyptian Messi", raced clear of Ivanovic before coolly flicking past Petr Cech to hand the Swiss champions the win.

And the Serbia international is tipping his new team-mate, whom he believes is much like Bayern Munich winger and former Chelsea ace Arjen Robben, to succeed in west London.
