"Dallas Mavericks big man Tyson Chandler spoke to the Ben and Skin show (KESN-FM) on Wednesday morning following the team's Game 4 victory.

Chandler discussed a number of topics, including why Dirk Nowitzki subbed him into the game, and how Dirk's fever affected the rest of the team.

On Dirk subbing him into the game:

Yeah, he did. He wanted me to get back on the floor, because he saw whatever he saw. When he wants me out there, I'm gonna get out there; you definitely want to go to war with him any night.

On Dirk's fever:

You know, I honestly felt terrible for the guy. You looked at him and he was having trouble walking, speaking, he was wheezing. Honestly, at that point it was like have to do something to help this guy. Because everything he's gone through ... we didn't want to go out like this."
