"John Skelton is 3-1 as the Cardinals' starting quarterback for the past four weeks. It's doubtful he will get a chance to improve on that record on Sunday when the Dallas Cowboys roll into town.

That's because the team fully expects Kevin Kolb to finally be able to put his troublesome right foot and big toe to the test and return as Arizona's starter.
