Vancouver Canucks defenceman Troy Stecher exited Sunday’s game against with a lower-body injury.

Stecher was tangled up in a knee-on-knee collision with Detroit’s Tomas Tatar in the final minutes of the second period, after which he limped down the tunnel favouring his left leg.

Stecher wasn’t on the bench to start the third period and the Canucks announced that he won’t be returning for the rest of the game.
