Not even coach Alain Vigneault had to worry. After a night charter from Chicago made shorter by the Canucks' 6-2 win Sunday against the Blackhawks, Vancouver general manager Mike Gillis said it hasn't even crossed his mind to do what the St. Louis Blues did and fire the coach.
