Bulluck hopes he can toe line

"Linebacker Keith Bulluck tried to participate in yesterday's practice but pulled himself off the field before very long. He's dealing with the first case of turf toe in his 11-year career and after missing consecutive days of practice there's no guarantee he will be ready for Sunday night's game against the Bears.

"Not concerned yet because it's only Thursday," Bulluck said. "Good thing is I have two full days and a half-day to get better."

Bulluck injured his toe in last week's 29-10 loss to the Titans and said he was able to stay on the field because "I guess the adrenaline and the flow of the game kind of superseded everything. After the game it was sore, then the next day and the next day."

How much pain Bulluck is able to tolerate is going to be the key, as this problem is not going to completely go away.

"Once I get to the point I feel I can put a good amount of pressure on it I definitely will do more in practice," he said."
