"In the next couple of days, new Titans General Manager Ruston Webster plans to meet with the team's coaches and with salary-cap expert Vin Marino.

Then it's time to get down business.

Webster will begin the process of shaping next season's roster — a job that will include making decisions on the team's potential unrestricted free agents, preparing for the free-agency market in March and readying for the college draft in April.

"This league's full of pressure," Webster said. "But I love my job … Hopefully that will take a little pressure off."

Webster said two of the more important matters he'll address moving forward are the Titans' running game and overall defense."
