The Boston Bruins on Thursday re-signed defenseman David Warsofsky to a one-year, two-way contract that the team said is worth $600,000 at the NHL level.

Warsofsky, 24, appeared in six games for Boston during the 2013-14 season, scoring his first NHL goal against the Ottawa Senators on Dec. 28, 2013. He finished had one goal, two points and a plus-1 rating in the NHL.
