"Derek Anderson will sit out at least Sunday's game in Tennessee with his left knee injury and could be lost for the season, coach Romeo Crennel said Monday.
Anderson suffered the injury when he was sacked near the end of the Browns loss to Indianapolis on Sunday at Cleveland Browns Stadium.
If it's a hyperextended knee, he could be out a week or two. If there is ligament damage, he could miss the final four games. Anderson underwent an MRI Monday, but results were not available. He said on Sunday that he thought it could be a sprained medial collateral ligament.
Ken Dorsey will start against the Titans.
Tight end Kellen Winslow also underwent an MRI Monday to determine if he has a high ankle sprain, but results were not available."
