Q: Even though the Broncos made the playoffs this season, they have a lot of holes to fill and will be playing a tougher schedule as a division champion. Will they be good enough to return to the playoffs in 2012?

A: This is just the second offseason for John Elway, the Broncos' executive vice president of football operations. Same with general manager Brian Xanders and coach John Fox. They're still identifying the team's core players. Elway has said the Broncos want to rebuild through the draft. They got off to a strong start last year when outside linebacker Von Miller, a former Texas A&M star, was their first pick."
