"The Broncos have acquired quarterback Brady Quinn from the Cleveland Browns in exchange for running back Peyton Hillis, a sixth-round pick in 2011 and a 2012 conditional pick, which will be tied to Quinn's playing time.

Kyle Orton remains the Broncos' starting quarterback. The trade is contingent on physicals for Quinn and Hillis. Quinn did have a season-ending foot injury last season.

Quinn's departure comes one day after the Browns agreed to terms with free agent Jake Delhomme on a two-year contract.

Quinn went 3-9 in 12 starts for Cleveland, which drafted him in the first round of the 2007 draft."
