"Brandon Jennings is truly a gamer.

The Bucks' speedy point guard limped off the practice floor Monday at the Cousins Center in St. Francis.

Jennings, who said he got injured in Saturday night's game against Golden State, was wearing a protective wrap on his leg.

"I hurt my Achilles,'' Jennings said.

But before Jennings could be asked whether he would be OK to play Tuesday night against the reigning NBA champion Los Angeles Lakers at the Bradley Center, he smiled and said, "I'm still playing tomorrow night, though."

Nobody should doubt him. A malinger Jennings is not."
