"The fans sent a loud and clear message to the Giants on Sunday night during their disappointing loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Now Brandon Jacobs is sending one back:

Go ahead and boo the home team all you want, the angry running back said. But if the Giants keep losing, you will only have yourselves to blame.

That is the message the perpetually disgruntled Giant delivered in a radio interview on Wednesday morning, when he refused to back off the criticism he hurled at the Meadowlands crowd for hurling boos at him and his teammates during their ugly 17-10 loss. With the jeers still ringing in his ears, Jacobs stressed "it's really hard" to play when fans are booing.

So if they are trying to get the Giants to play better, they are going about it the wrong way."
