"Brandon Jacobs walked around the Giants' locker room today in disguise, perhaps trying to hide in plain sight as he wore a Michael Myers mask over his face and a hood over his head. Maybe it was because he knew all eyes would be on him after his comments to Men's Fitness magazine.

In the interview, released today, he bemoaned his lack of carries and indicated he doesn't see himself with the Giants after his contract is over. His contract was restructured this summer with a $500,000 roster bonus coming in March that could quickly determine if he will be with the team next year to earn a $4.4 million base salary.

He did not back away from those comments.

"It all depends on how this year ends," he said after practice today. "How this year ends will make that decision clear or not clear."

While the decision may not be completely in his hands, he outlined the reasons why he would want to stay with the only organization he's ever known."
