The Philadelphia Eagles are flying high atop the NFL standings, and one of the reasons is a strong and versatile defensive line.

The anchor of that unit, former Michigan star Brandon Graham, is having one of his best seasons.

Graham picked up his seventh sack of 2017 against the Chicago Bears on Sunday, already a career-high for any year, and had five total tackles in a forced fumble in the 31-3 win.

The 2010 first-round pick has at least 5.5 sacks in each of the past four seasons, with five games to go this season and the Eagles (10-1) looking like a Super Bowl favorite.

Graham is signed through 2018, but he and Philadelphia reportedly are working on a contract extension.
