Elton Brand remembers the frequent trips to Rush Street and late-night dinners at Gibsons alongside former teammate Randy Brown.

He remembers the times spent relaxing inside his Lake Point Tower condo near Navy Pier.

"Had a great view,'' Brand said. "It was only three rooms, because I was young. A guy like Sammy Sosa, he had a whole floor.''

If the Bulls had enjoyed more success 14 years ago, maybe Brand would have owned the city.
