"Over the course of the season, Kevin Garnett's gone a long way in earning a label as a "dirty" player. It's to the point now that it's become a survey question to all his upcoming matchups.

Chris Bosh was asked if Garnett tries to get in opponents' heads and if his approach bordered on dirtiness.

"That's what it seems like," Bosh said. "Somebody only does something if you let them. I think a lot of people come in right off the bat in the game and they're already thinking about it. I don't worry about it too much. If that is somebody's goal, that's their goal. You can't let somebody else dictate what you do in a game."

Bosh couched it by saying Garnet wasn't the only player that tried to take people of their game.

"You're going to face that in the league period," Bosh said. "Some people, that motivates them if you talk to them. That's what they've been looking for the whole time. They want that rise out of you and it gets you thinking about something else. And if you're thinking about something else, then they've done their job."

Asked if he looked up to Garnett when he was younger, Bosh was careful not to give Garnett too much credit."
