For some reason, it seems that folks around the NFL and analysts watching the game want to assume that Buffalo Bills quarterback E.J. Manuel won’t pan put and is going to be a bust. Full disclosure, I myself have fallen into that category and it’s a lame category to be in at least at the moment.

This doubting of E.J. Manuel has led to many considering the idea of the Bills drafting a quarterback in the first-round for a second consecutive year, but one guy isn’t too keen on the idea. Buffalo Bills general manager Doug Whaley spoke about the idea of drafting a quarterback to replace a guy entering just his second year, and seems to shoot down the notion.

Per Tim Graham of the Buffalo News:

“With the way our roster’s set up right now, besides quarterback, we could go with any position,”
