"Pistons guard Ben Gordon insists he made the right decision coming to the Pistons. He feels comfortable here and believes he will thrive at some point.

But not even Gordon can put his fingers on his low production this season.

"You know, it's weird," he said. "We don't have a lot of players playing at peak level. It is just not me. I really don't have an answer for it. I don't know if it's the chemistry or the guys not being in the right place at the right time."

Gordon said it's all about opportunities. And he is not getting as many opportunities to show what he can do here.

In his last nine games he's scored 7.4 points and shot 38.4 percent from the field.

He had just seven points during Saturday night's 120-116 loss to the Toronto Raptors at the Palace.

Pistons coach John Kuester said he's liked Gordon's attitude and said when he is on he is a game-changer.

"One of the things I want Ben to do is stay aggressive," Kuester said. "Stay as aggressive as he can all the time and we will get as many plays for him as we can. The thing is, we've had situations where we got to get him playing at a high level in order to have a chance at success. The games we won was when he really was getting after it and that is what we need.""
