The Chicago Bears experienced a surge of success with back up quarterback Josh McCown under center. When Jay Cutler returned form injury there was a lot of debate about who’d be starting, but head coach Marc Trestman stuck with Cutler.

In his second game back, the Bears were blown out by the Philadelphia Eagles in a 54-11 loss. Trestman said Cutler would start again in the season finale against the Green Bay Packers, “no question there.”

Trestman also blamed some of his struggles on the offensive line.
