Good morning. As we learned yesterday, the Patriots opted not to use the franchise tag on any of their free agents, namely Wes Welker, Aqib Talib and Sebastian Vollmer. What might result?

Columnist Ron Borges opines on the "well-calculated risk" the Pats took by tagging no one. He writes the choice they made "comes not without peril as well as promise." You can check out the whole column right here.
