Aqib Talib landed at No. 79 on the NFL Network’s list of the 100 Top Players of 2014 recently.

On the reaction show following his unveiling, the former Patriot and current Bronco opined on all the pertinent topics involving his new and former teams.

Locker room vibe: “It’s definitely a different scenery (in Denver).”

His placement on the list: “When it come to the cornerbacks man, it only should be about 4 cornerbacks who you could even consider in front of me. Pat Pete (Patrick Peterson). Joe Haden, (Richard) Sherman and (Darrelle) Revis.”

Interactions with Wes Welker in Denver: “Man, me and Wes we good, man. It’s a football play, man. It just so happened it happened on a stage in the AFC Championship Game. I watched the play 1,000 times. I’m sure Wes didn’t do it on purpose.”

On the contract Revis signed with New England: “Bill sure didn’t want to give me that money so hey man, he gave it to Revis. It is what it is.”

Finally, Manning vs. Brady: “You gotta go Peyton Manning. Tom is a good friend of mine, what’s up Tom, baby. (Manning) had an awesome year. He tore it up. He like set the record for touchdowns. He beat Tom in the AFC Championship. You gotta give it to Peyton. Tom know that’s my dog man, he know.”
