Anquan Boldin has a high left ankle sprain and sprained left medial collateral ligament

"The Cardinals tried to play it safe last week against the Packers and give as many starters as much rest as they could. At least that was the plan. Ironically, they have more significant players nursing injuries than at any other time this season.

Here's an update:

Receiver Anquan Boldin -- He told me he has a high left ankle sprain and a sprained left medial collateral ligament. He worked with a trainer during practice but it's questionable if he'll play Sunday against the Packers.

Cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie -- He did some work on the side, too, but said his sore left knee is no better than it was Monday. Rodgers-Cromartie can run but backpedaling and moving laterally are problems.

Defensive end Calais Campbell -- He has a cast that runs from his fractured left thumb up to his lower forearm. He did a limited amount in practice and expects to play. It's going to be hard for him to grab a defensive lineman, however."
