It looks as if the Giants, already struggling with a much-hyped but unproductive pass rush, will play Sunday against the Packers without defensive end Osi Umenyiora, who likely will be sidelined with a sprained ankle.

Umenyiora was at the Hospital for Special Surgery yesterday to have an MRI of his ankle, which was injured in the second quarter of Monday night's dreadful 49-24 loss to the Saints in New Orleans. A source with knowledge of Umenyiora's condition indicated Umenyiora would be out weeks rather than days."
