Andray Blatche is the longest tenured player on the Wizards, but he doesn't know how long that will be the case. The Wizards have actively shopped him with the hopes of moving Blatche before the March 15 trade deadline, but haven't been able to find any takers yet.

Blatche is aware of the speculation surrounding him but said he wouldn't let that affect the way he approaches the next 31 games – or even the next six before the deadline.

"I've been here for seven years. I've seen a lot of people come and go," Blatche said. "But at this point, I'm not focused on that. I've just focused on getting back on the court and playing with my teammates and helping this organization. If in any way and form they feel like it's time for me to go, it's part of the business. No hard feelings in this at all. I'm just going to continue to play and hopefully when I got back out there I'm playing well."
