"Apparently, Andre Miller was unfazed by the comments made by teammate Brandon Roy earlier this week.

So when Roy addressed the team at Wednesday's shootaround and apologized for "inappropriate" comments he made after Monday's loss in Memphis, Miller said it didn't matter one way or the other.

"It's something he had to do, I guess,'' Miller said. "I actually didn't read nothing. But, it's all good. It's over with. Some things get said sometimes. It's been an up and down year. We will get past it.''

When asked to describe the relationship between himself and Roy, Miller didn't hesitate.

"We're cool,'' Miller said. "Yep. Yeah.''

Roy on Monday wondered whether the Blazers' had the right personnel to complement his offensive style, and at one point talked about "putting a slow guy" next to him on the court, a veiled reference to Miller.

The pairing of Miller and Roy has never appeared to mesh on the court, as the two play similar styles. More importantly, Miller is not a threat with his outside shooting, allowing teams to more easily trap Roy because they don't have to respect Miller's outside shot.

Miller, who is in his 12th NBA season, said he doesn't see a problem with the spacing."
