Mark Cuban’s last couple of days have been showered in shame and disgrace after a Sports Illustrated investigative report unmasked the corrosive culture in the organization with a closetful of sexual harassment claims through a near two-decade period.

While the outstanding culprit was former CEO Terdema Ussery, who resigned his post three years ago, there are still remnants of his misogynistic and lewd behavior in the workplace — a dealbreaker for the league, who acted swiftly on the matter.

Commissioner Adam Silver will have access to every bit of information from the Mavs’ investigation, but if what he finds is deceit from Cuban’s part, he could call for a termination of his ownership, according to Jeff Zillgitt of USA TODAY Sports.
