Adam Dunn could miss another five days because of a strained right oblique. That means he could miss part or all of the four-game series against the Detroit Tigers that starts Monday.

Dunn, who is tied for second in the majors with 38 home runs, was not in the lineup Saturday against the Kansas City Royals for the second consecutive game.

''He still has a strain, and it will be [at least] a couple days,'' manager Robin Ventura said. ''It's when he [feels he's] ready to go.''
