Last year, two rookies brought considerable excitement to the Jaguars — Denard Robinson and Ace Sanders. Already, one of them possibly could be moving toward becoming a former Jaguar.

Ryan O’Halloran of the Florida Times-Union recently suggested that Sanders, a fourth-round pick in 2013, may be on the bubble to make the 53-man roster.

“It wouldn’t be a shock because 5-foot-7 players who don’t make guys miss don’t have a ton of value,” O’Halloran writes. “That said, if he improves his punt return stats in August, he deserves to make the 53-man roster.”
