The Boston Herald's Jeff Howe released some notes on Patriots rising-sophomore wide receiver Aaron Dobson, with a particular focus on Dobson's healing foot. Dobson was trending upwards on the season before a fractured foot derailed most of the progress made on the season.

It turns out that his foot is still not fully healed. Over the next two weeks, Dobson will find out whether or not he'll need surgery to fix his foot. The original injury was against the Broncos, back in November, and he re-aggravated it in the season finale against the Bills. This is to note how long his foot has been recovering- over three months since his original injury (take note, when looking at Stephon Tuitt and Austin Seferian-Jenkins!).

But the real gem inside Howe's article is about Dobson's steps to become a better player. Much like Julian Edelman of a few seasons ago, Dobson will be taking his talent to Los Angeles to work out with quarterback Tom Brady over the summer.
