There’s a calculated risk every time a player participates or plays in an all-star game.

Former Oklahoma cornerback Aaron Colvin appears to have learned that lesson the hard way.

Multiple reports indicate that Colvin sustained a torn ACL in his right knee Tuesday during Senior Bowl practice in Mobile, Ala.

Colvin’s agent Ken Sarnoff confirmed the injury.

Before his injury, Colvin was projected as a second- or third-round draft pick. But with his injury, it’s conceivable that he might not even be drafted.
